Our Story
Better Delivery was born in 2017 out of a desire to revolutionise the construction industry through the implementation of offsite construction, otherwise more widely known as Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
Our Founder, Jamie Parr, was the business manager of a small architecture practice at the time, focussing exclusively on offsite construction projects. Out of a frustration of tedious public procurement processes, and a desire to use his knowledge to add value to the re-emerging and revitalised space of offsite construction; Jamie set out on the path to create a specialist consultancy .
As Better Delivery gained traction in the market, our strategic advisory business grew, partnering with Paul Inch strengthened our knowledge of MMC solutions. Clients at this time included the City of London, Camden, Slough, among others, working across multiple tenure types including social housing, temporary accommodation, schools.
In parallel, we set up the Better Delivery Collective (BDC), a group of multidisciplinary individuals and organisations with experience in delivering offsite projects across various sectors. The BDC allows us to extend our technical solutions while remaining agile in our core business of strategic advisory and management services.
In recent years, we identified a need for commercial and financial management expertise to implement MMC effectively. This led us to join forces with leading industry experts, Frank Liguoro and Andrew Hawley who are helping us achieve new heights as we head into the next phase of our growth.
As of 2023, we have delivered numerous major projects and established a solid reputation in the industry for providing direct and pragmatic strategic advice and management services for our clients.
We are constantly evolving our innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the construction industry.
We look forward to the exciting journey ahead!
